Financial Support

JSU Home » Graduate Studies » Financial Support

We offer a broad program of financial aid to assist as many qualified students as possible.  Since the University cannot meet the financial needs of all applicants, we urge you to investigate outside sources of aid as well.

Most aid programs are based on your individual needs. Demonstrated financial need is determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  Our Title IV Code is 001020.

The FAFSA contains questions pertaining to the student’s assets, income, year in college, etc.

Students who are dependent on their parents, based on Federal Student Aid guidelines, must also submit information concerning parental income, assets and other items.
