Complete this application if you wish to pursue a Doctor of Science in emergency management, a Master's degree or Educational Specialist degree, Graduate Certificate, or any Graduate courses as a transient student, or for professional development. There is a $30 non-refundable fee that must be paid by credit card when you submit this application.
