Listed below are the due dates for the "Application for Comprehensive Exam/Degree" form. All graduate degree-seeking, teacher certification, and graduate certificate students must complete and submit this form by the dates listed below.

This form must be completed online at http://www.jsu.edu/graduate/forms.html. Students who fail to file the application for graduation by the listed date risk having their graduation delayed until the next regularly scheduled graduation.
