While traditional engineering programs tend to teach the student to develop the latest technology, the Applied Engineering programs at JSU train students to implement, or apply, the latest technology for today's companies. For students interested in pursuing traditional engineering degrees, JSU offers a two-year pre-engineering program that will permit the majority of students to transfer with junior standing to most undergraduate engineering programs at other colleges and universities.
Sign-up forms for the 2016 ACTE Regional Technology Fair hosted by JSU are now posted. The fair will be on Friday, March 18. Sign up by March 4th.
