Support/Technical Help

Students must complete the following steps for support or technical assistance. 

1. Login to jsu.evirx.com and click on the support tab. There you will find a wealth of videos and PDF files showing you how to complete every step of the uploading and editing process. 
2. If you cannot find your answer on the support tab, the next step is to e-mail the EVIRx tech support at support@evirx.com. 
3. If after you have e-mailed tech support, you still have not had your question answered, forward the e-mail you sent to tech support to Andrea MacArgel at amacargel@jsu.edu.
