Dr. Tim Roberts provides leadership to both the Human Sciences and Hospitality & Culinary Management Programs, as well as support to the Dietetics Program. Research interests include food safety and sanitation in food service operations, food irradiation, and alternative nutrition therapies. Dr. Roberts is member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, The Institute of Food Technologists, and The American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences.
