    Telephone Center Voice Mail Features

    Change your personal greeting

    • call voice mail -- ext. 7900
    • enter your password
    • listen to any existing messages
    • press 4 for personal options
    • press 3 for greetings
    • press 1 for personal greetings
    • press 2 for personal greeting
    • record greeting

    Set up a distribution list
    (send a message to several voice mail users with ONE phone call)

    • Call voice mail -- ext. 7900
    • enter your password
    • listen to any existing messages
    • press 4 for personal options
    • press 2 for administrative options
    • press 2 for general options
    • press 1 to create
    • follow instructions

    To send a message to your new list of voice mail users:

    • call voice mail -- ext. 7900
    • enter your password
    • listen to any existing messages
    • press 2 to send a message
    • Record message
    • enter the list number you assigned (i.e. 11)

    To skip someone's voice mail greeting

    • Call the voice mail user you wish
    • Press # at the beginning of their greeting
    • Record your message

    To find out the time and date someone received your message

    • call voice mail -- ext. 7900
    • enter your password
    • listen to any existing messages
    • press 2 to send a message
    • Record your message
    • Enter number you want message sent to
    • press 3 for message confirmation
    • press 1 for confirm receipt When your message is received voice mail will put a message in your box telling you the time and date the message was received.

    To find out the time and date someone left you a message

    • call voice mail -- ext. 7900
    • enter your password
    • Listen to the message
    • press 5 at the end of the message

    To record a message today and have it sent next week or next month.

    • call voice mail -- ext. 7900
    • enter your password
    • listen to any existing messages
    • press 2 to send a message
    • Record message
    • Enter the number you want message sent to
    • press 4 for future delivery
    • follow instructions
