Telephone Repair Service/Customer Service
If you experience a problem with your telephone line, long distance phone service, voice mail, or caller I.D. please notify the Telephone Center (First floor, Bibb Graves Hall, Room 117 - Extension 5990 or 8001) between 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can also e-mail us at email@example.com
If you e-mail or leave a message on voice mail, please include:
- Phone number
- Room number/location
- Description of trouble
- Contact number and time available
Students must furnish their own telephones. There is one telephone jack in each room. If you wish to use the Caller I.D. service you must bring a telephone with caller I.D. capability.
