When changes to software configurations are requested near or after the beginning of the term, it is difficult (or impossible) to make the modifications without disrupting classes. We are asking that the schedule below be followed for software requirements each term. All requests for software changes in the labs after the specified dates will require approval by the Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs and the Vice President of Information Technology. This procedure will enable us to provide quality support to users of the computer labs on campus.
The deadlines for submitting software requirements/changes are:
Fall Term --- July 1
Spring Term --- November 15
Summer Term --- April 1
