DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE BSW PROGRAM

The BSW Program is easily accessed from either Interstate 59 or Interstate 20. Below are directions for traveling to The BSW Program from either Gadsden (AL), Birmingham (AL), Atlanta (GA), Montgomery, (AL) and Rome, (GA) as well as a campus map and a local map of Jacksonville, Alabama.

From Interstate 59 and Gadsden:

From Interstate 59, go South on U.S. Highway 431. Continue South on US 431 through Gadsden and Glencoe. Between Glencoe and Anniston, turn East on AL Hwy 204. AL Hwy 204 is well marked with Jacksonville State University Signs. Continue East on AL Hwy 204 to AL Hwy 21 and the Jacksonville State University campus. Turn North on AL Hwy 21. The BSW Program is in the second building on the right, Brewer Hall, on the third floor.

From Interstate 20 and Birmingham:

Travel East out of Birmingham on Interstate 20 (toward Atlanta). At Exit 185 (Oxford/Anniston Exit) turn North on AL Hwy 21. Continue North on AL Hwy 21 through Oxford, Anniston, and Jacksonville. Once you reach the Jacksonville State University campus you will come to the intersection of AL Hwy 21 and AL Hwy 204. Continue North on AL Hwy 21. The BSW Program is in the second building on the right, Brewer Hall, on the third floor, North of the intersection of AL Hwy 21 and AL Hwy 204.

From Interstate 20 and Atlanta:

Travel West out of Atlanta on Interstate 20 (toward Birmingham). At Exit 185 (Oxford/Anniston Exit) turn North on AL Hwy 21. Continue North on AL Hwy 21 through Oxford, Anniston, and Jacksonville. Once you reach the Jacksonville State University campus you will come to the intersection of AL Hwy 21 and AL Hwy 204. Continue North on AL Hwy 21. The BSW Program is in the second building on the right, Brewer Hall, on the third floor, North of the intersection of AL Hwy 21 and AL Hwy 204.

From Interstate 20 and Atlanta:

Travel West out of Atlanta on Interstate 20 (toward Birmingham). At Exit 185 (Oxford/Anniston Exit) turn North on AL Hwy 21. Continue North on AL Hwy 21 through Oxford, Anniston, and Jacksonville. From From Montgomery, AL

Take US-HWY 231 North. In Sylacauga, take AL-HWY 21 North off of US-HWY 231.  Go through Talladega, Oxford,                     Anniston/McClellan, and the Jacksonville square (about 20 miles). You will see twelve story Houston Cole Library on the right and the marble University sign on the left. The BSW Program is in the second building on the right, Brewer Hall, on the third floor, North of the intersection of AL Hwy 21 and AL Hwy 204.

From Rome, GA

Travel on Highway 27 South to Cedartown and take US-HWY 278 West to Piedmont, Alabama. In Piedmont, turn left on HWY 200.  Highway 200 merges onto AL HWY 21 South.  Follow HWY 21 South to Jacksonville.  Immediately after seeing the Jacksonville, Alabama sign on your right as you enter Jacksonville, you will see Merrill Hall on your left.  Brewer Hall is the next building on the left and the BSW Program is on the third floor.
