Finally we will discuss telnet.

Telnet provides terminal emulation and communication to a computer elsewhere on internet. It's list logging on a terminal except that the computer is somewhere else in the world.

The telnet client program contacts the telnet server program on the system you specify and arbitrates its terminal type and communication parameters. Typically a successful connection will result in the remote system prompting you for login name and password.

After loggin in you will be a terminal on that remote system.
