Principles of Psychology


Summer I 2007

Principles of Psychology is designed to inform students about the basic areas of research which make up the field of psychology (e.g., developmental, social, learning, cognition, biological, personality, etc.). Students will be exposed to each of these various fields and learn the major questions researchers in each area attempt to answer and the theoretical framework by which they approach these questions. Also, psychological disorders and their treatments will be discussed near the end of the course.
