With
multiple components in our continuous improvement
system, Jacksonville State University implements
several automated products and techniques to support
decision-making and documentation of improvements
campus-wide. This presentation focuses on three
processes: unit planning and reporting; program
review self-study; and multi-year credit hour
reports by academic units using Tableau. Presenters
demonstrated the automated products and described
how they support the continuous improvement system
