The STEP Program

RN-BSN

The Lurleen B. Wallace College of Nursing and Health Sciences supports the concept of career mobility for individuals holding an associate degree or diploma in nursing. The faculty have developed a quality, flexible, cost effective, and convenient means for registered nurses to obtain the B.S.N. Degree. Strategic Teaching for Enhanced Professional Preparation (STEP) is designed to enable students to achieve their educational goals while fulfilling their personal and occupational responsibilities.

Courses in the professional component of our B.S.N. program are delivered through Internet and CD-ROM. After completion of general studies requirements, nursing courses may be completed in one calendar year on-line.

RN-BSN-MSN

We are also excited to announce a new RN-BSN-MSN option! In this program, you will be allowed to register for six (6) hours of MSN level coursework while completing requirements for the BSN degree! The program is individualized to meet your needs and career goals.
