Application Contents:
There are 2 types of forms that can be filed for application into the International House Program. Please submit only one. 
Duplicate copies will be discarded unless any information needs to be updated.

Chose only one of the following formats:

       Application Format 1: a downloadable lined form (.doc format) that allows you
       to print and fill out using either a pen or typewriter.

       Application Format 2:  a downloadable form (.doc format) that you can fill out
       using a word processing program.  After completing the form, you can either
       e-mail (see instructions in packet) or print and mail (or fax) to the IHP.

A complete application should be turned in no later than January 31 of each
academic year. Contact the International House if you have any questions.
