As many of you know, for the past seven years, the JSU
Wellness Center has held a GAMECOCK GALLOP 5K and Youth Run. This
event has grown significantly during this time and is now the second largest 5K
in the area!.
The event will be held OCTOBER 25th, Saturday, at 8:00 a.m. at the Pete
Mathews Coliseum.
PLEASE contact GINA MABREY at 256-782-5114 with the names of
members who will be participating as soon as possible. If you need more
information, please email me. Attached to this email is an entry form for the
JSU community. The cost is $10 for pre-registration and includes a "moisture
wicking" performance shirt. (Volunteers receive a t-shirt.) There will be
information on the JSU wire about training groups/teams to join if you are
interested in walking or running.
