Students who are interested in health and well-being may pursue a Bachelor
of Science degree in Health Education. Students in secondary education
are required to be certified in two teaching fields. The Health Education
Degree may be completed within a total of 128 semester hours.
Students who meet the requirements for this degree program will receive
a Class B Professional Certificate and will be qualified to teach health
education in grades 6 through 12.
