For online programs in HPER, you may send the
electronic “Trial Schedule/Registration Form” to your advisor for approval
to register each semester. You will not be cleared to register until we
have a copy of this form. Please make sure your name and student ID number
is at the top, and check and initial the first two boxes at the bottom of
the page.
For traditional programs (not online), your advisor may
choose to accept the electronic trial registration form if they have met
with you and if you are taking the classes appropriate for obtaining your
declared degree. Your advisor will meet with you personally on request.
