Dr. Tim Roberts provides
leadership to the Restaurant and Foodservice Management Program and support to
the Dietetics Program. Areas of teaching specialty include foodservice
management, food science, food safety, nutrition, and alternative medicine.
Research interests include food safety and sanitation in foodservice operations,
food irradiation, and alternative nutrition therapies. Dr. Roberts is member of
the American Dietetic Association, The Institute of Food Technologists, and The
International Association For Food Protection.
