Dr. Lowry teaches the following courses:

EED 421 Effective Teaching Strategies (all undergraduate students)

ED 500 Introduction to Graduate Education and Technology (ECE, EED, and RDG majors)
EED 549 Reflective Teaching Practices ("traditional" graduate students only)

Dr. Lowry has been a faculty member at JSU since 1987. She served as the Department Head from 2000-2008 and as the Program Chair of Elementary Education (EED) from 1997 to 2000. One of her main interest areas has been to work with incoming transfer students as they begin their career.
