Documentation for Certification CheckList

• Are you an active member (a member in good standing) of ATP?
• Have you completed the application sheet and fulfilled the requirements that are described in the required sections?
• Have you provided the appropriate number of letters recommending your certification?
• Have you provided the information or overview of tutor training program including topics and methods of training (if applicable)?
• Have you submitted documentation as required for recertification (if applicable)?
• Have you submitted the correct number of copies?
• Have you submitted the certification fee?
