Falling Between The Cracks: What to do when college isn't an option?
In September of 2002 the Mississippi SOTAC (State Outreach and Technical Assistance Center) held a workshop for those involved in services for Deaf / Hard of Hearing individuals.  Professionals from across the state gathered to discuss issues facing young Deaf adults who graduate high school and are not ready to attend college.   Participant were motivated to begin projects in response to combat some of the more prominent problems.

A major component of the workshop was sharing ideas.
Participants gathered in small groups to discuss their concerns .
