Requirements:

Every two years a total of fifteen clock hours of state approved continuing education courses are required for renewal of an active license. The fifteen-hour continuing education course requirement is as follows:

  1. Mandatory 3-hour "Risk Management" course
  2. One of the following 3-hour mandatory courses:
    • "License Law/Trust Funds"
    • "Fair Housing/Equal Opportunity/ADA"
    • "RECAD"
  3. Remaining nine hours may be elective courses
