The text is McGraw-Hill's SimProject. Its available at the Bookstore. DON'T BUY A USED VERSION as the enclosed CD may only be used once.

 

This course focuses on three vital elements of project management: people, process, and technology. You will learn project management concepts, objectives, and tools, and how to utilize coaching strategies to manage complex e-business and e-commerce projects. Topics include the PM process, project planning, project execution, and project evaluation.

We'll focus on three major objectives:

1. Becoming familiar with basic Project Mgt practices and process

2. Getting familiar with Microsoft Project - a standard in the field

3. Applying sound project management practices in a project management simulation
