Each year, the College of Arts and Sciences recognizes excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service of its faculty and the outstanding performance of its staff at an Awards Reception, held in May. Awards include the Clyde P. Cox Award, Distinguished Service Award, Distinguished Research Award, Distinguished Teacher Award, and the Distinguished Staff Award.
