At Counseling and Career Services, we approach our role from a wellness perspective and are supportive of the university's missions to educate and develop the whole person.  We are committed to providing workshops and outreach programming to the JSU community that will provide individuals with information to be used in a proactive manner for self-care.  On this page, we have listed some topics that have been covered in the past; however, we are not limited to these topics.  We welcome the chance to develop programming in other areas as appropriate and requested.

For information or to request a program:
Call (256) 782-5475 or come by our office on the third floor of the Theron Montgomery Building.

We ask that requests be made at least two weeks in advance to allow for adjustments in schedules and for additional planning and preparation.
