Often students come in with questions about career and academic choices, uncertain about who they see themselves being professionally.  Until these questions are answered, it often becomes too difficult to settle on a major or career path.  You need to know who you are as a person in order to decide what you're going to do as a professional.

If you want to explore even further, Counseling and Career Services can help students with career concerns.  Our staff can arrange for students to take a career or personality questionnaire and review the results with qualified personnel.  From there, students can begin exploring identified options.  Or, students can opt to continue meeting with their counselor to explore their interests, work values, and life style preferences in order to have a more informed sense of who they are and move toward exploring specific careers.
