The best and quickest way to address tech support issues is to go to http://www.mycoursepage.com/support. If you cannot resolve your problem from the information provided on the web site, you may call Technical Support at (800) 743-8703. Support line hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-11:00 PM Eastern Standard Time; Saturday and Sunday 12:00 PM-4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Email support if also available during these hours by emailing tech support at techsupport@mycoursepage.com. Emails received after normal business hours will be answered the following business day.
Technical Support can only help students with technical difficulties in the course. Tech Support cannot help with issues such as enrollment cancellations, course content questions, purchasing a course, or any school policy related questions. Before calling Technical Support, students should be prepared to explain the problem in as much detail as they can. It is also requested and recommended that the student be at their computer when calling. Tech Support will need to know what type of computer the student is using, as well as the operating system they are running (WinXP, Win98, ME, etc.).
