The University Police Department is located in Salls Hall across the street from Curtis Hall on Forney Avenue. If your class is at the McClellan campus during the hours of 8AM - 5PM, please park in the lower parking lot near the baseball field. If your class begins after 5PM, you may park in the upper parking lot near the classroom entrance.
In case of inclement weather, classes may be postponed. Snow, ice or power failure may force building and campus closings. Anytime Jacksonville State University is closed, the Office of Continuing Education is also closed. Courses that meet outdoors may be affected by rain. If you have any doubt, listen to radio and television announcements or call 256-782-6000.
