In just 10 days you can meet the Alabama State Board of Auctioneers' educational requirements to become an Auctioneer Apprentice and be on your way to a NEW career. Students are required to attend 85 hours and must successfully complete both a practical and a written examination in order to graduate. After you register and pay a $100 deposit, you will receive a cassette to begin practicing the auction chant.

Auctioneering is a fast-growing industry. These individuals are highly respected for their professionalism and expertise in their chosen field. Many auctioneers specialize in areas such as Antiques and Collectibles; Automobiles; Business Liquidations; Charity Auctions; Machinery and Equipment; Livestock; Real Estate, and many more.

Continuing Education classes are also available for Auctioneers. These classes are taught during our Auctioneer School. To Register for the Auctioneer School requires a $100 non-refundable deposit. In order to receive the early-bird rate, the total amount must be paid by the early-bird deadline. If enrollment is not sufficient by two weeks prior to the scheduled date, the school may be postponed or canceled.

Our Goal.....  to have an Auctioneer School that is rich in tradition, provides a rewarding educational experience for our students, and promotes high ethical standards in the profession. We give you an opportunity to learn and grow as an Apprentice Auctioneer and network with our instructors, all of which are veteran Auctioneers and bring a wealth of knowledge to our classroom.

Our School..... Consists of 10 days, starting on a Friday night and ending on the following Sunday with a graduation ceremony. During the school a live auction will be conducted by the students.

Live Auction..... Saturday, August 11, 2012 - First United Methodist Church of Jacksonville. View the merchandise at 5:00 p.m. and the Auction starts at 6:00 p.m.
