Eagles turning it around

10/03/2012

Philadelphia Eagles soar past the New York Giants 19-17.

After the embarrassing loss to the Arizona Cardinals last week, the Eagles have added even more pressure to an already stressful season.

Many Philadelphia fans are waiting for the head football coach, Andy Reid, to be replaced as well as the 100 million dollar quarterback, Michael Vick.

The Eagles and Vick salvaged a 19-17 win over the defending Super Bowl Champion Giants Sunday night with no turnovers.

Throughout the first quarter of the season the Eagles have turned the ball over at least 10 times but now find themselves at 3-1, leading the NFC East.

“We are a talented group,” Eagles running back LeSean McCoy said, “We got all the weapons you need. We’ve just got to go out and do the job.”

The Eagles agree they haven’t played a complete game this season but it says a lot about this team. “I like the
grit. They’re willing to fight,” said Coach Reid.
