General Information
The Strong Interest Inventory, or SII, is an assessment tool that identifies personal and vocational interests as related to specific activities and occupations. The Strong Interest Inventory is used to assist students in making decisions about majors and careers.

The Strong Interest Inventory is a computer-based test, and it is administered in Counseling Services and Career Services.

The Strong Interest Inventory is offered at no charge to Jacksonville State University students. For non-JSU students, there will be a $25.00 fee for taking the Strong Interest Inventory. You may register in Counseling Services in Room 144 of the Daugette Hall Building.

Scheduling an SII Test
You may schedule an appointment to take the Strong Interest Inventory with Counseling Services during regular office hours (8:00am - 4:30pm).

All tests are held in Counseling Services.
