On March 28, 2005, the students of Mgt. 372 - Organizational Dynamics met at the Honda plant in Lincoln, AL. Welcoming us to the facility was Sue Brant, Trade Compliance Administrator; Henry A. Turner, Jr., MRO Purchasing Manager; and Holly Flemmons and Karen Goodgame, Associates from Communication. Ms. Brant and Mr. Turner lead in an informative and energetic discussion regarding management at Honda. Ms. Flemmons and Ms. Goodgame lead the students on a tour of the manufacturing facilities. After the tour, they answered multiple questions regarding plant operations. Students exclaimed how the evening increased their understanding of the concepts discussed in class.
