Dean Fielding and Department Head Bill Scroggins of the College of Business congratulate Professor Ben Hardy on the publication of his new Thompson-West Nutshell on Workers' Compensation and Employee Protection Laws. Professor Hardy is one of only ten College of Business professors throughout the nation to be an author of a book in this popular series of Treatises. Professor Hardy has two co-authors on the Nutshell, and he is also the co-author of three other current Thompson-West books.
