Juror: Mary Ann Sampson
Mary Ann is a visual artist who makes one-of-a-kind and letterpress editions of handmade books. Her studio is located in Ragland, Alabama in an old renovated bank building which she calls the One-Eye Opera Co. Her books were recently featured in JSU's Hammond Hall Gallery as part of the Kaleidoscope Artist Series: Books on the Shelf, the Art of the Handmade Book. In 2011 she was featured in the School of Arts at Samford University Visiting Visual Artist Series. |
