Please note: Effective September 15th 2008, the Admissions Application Fee increased to $30.

Students are admitted prior to the beginning of each semester. Applications for admission along with necessary non-refundable application fee of $30.00 (check or money order made payable to Jacksonville State University in U.S. funds) should be submitted to the Office of Admissions, Jacksonville State University, 700 Pelham Road North, Jacksonville, AL 36265-1602. It is strongly recommended that students apply six to nine months prior to the expected date of enrollment. It is the student's responsibility to see that his/her high school transcript, ACT/SAT scores, or college transcripts are submitted. These documents must be mailed to JSU directly from the high school, college, or testing agency. Decisions regarding admissibility to the University will be made as soon as all necessary credentials are received in the Office of Admissions.
