Students are admitted prior to the beginning of each semester. Applications for admission along with a non-refundable application fee of $35.00 (check or money order in U. S. dollars made payable to Jacksonville State University) should be submitted to:

It is strongly recommended that you apply six to nine months prior to the expected date of enrollment. It is your responsibility to see that your high school or college transcript and ACT/SAT scores are submitted. These documents must be mailed to JSU directly from the high school, college, or testing agency. Decisions regarding admissibility to the University will be made as soon as all necessary credentials are received in the Office of Admissions.
